Nancy is one of the nicest, most friendly and most helpful person I have ever met. During the whole process of choosing and purchasing the house, She always patiently answers my questions in a mild voice. She always takes care of my demands and tries to think in my perspective. She communicates with me not just as an associate, but also as a friend. Even after closing, she is still around helping me on the construction work of electricity panel and my remodeling plan to turn some space into 2 extra bedrooms and 1 bathroom. She helped me find electricians and contractors and offered advice. She even bought an electricity panel at her own cost (more than $700!) when I did not know! That is how helpful she is. And remember, she is a sales associate and I am a buyer. Nancy Klopfer is really a great and trustworthy associate to work with. I feel really lucky and grateful to meet her when purchasing this house.
